WOMEN SOBER LIVING HOME

 The project, entitled ‘Stop Tarrant County Opioid Poisining’ (STOP) is designed to address the 151% increase in opioid OD deaths in Tarrant County in the last year (currently estimated at 429), according to CDC. The purpose of the program is to coordinate community resources, fill gaps and create sustainable strategies to significantly reduce opioid OD deaths in Tarrant County.

This will be done through the implementation and provision of treatment, recovery support services, and harm reduction. The population of focus is Individuals who recently experienced nonlethal opioid overdose (OD), Individuals who are at high risk for OD, and/or Families/ Support systems of those at high risk for OD.
