I want to send a personal message from me to you. At NTACE, we are very concerned about the recent outbreak of Coronavirus/ COVID-19. We are a treatment facility and/or clinic operated under the direction of a Doctor and both clinics are run by very experienced Licensed Nurses, and our Outpatient facility sanitation will be overseen by our Nursing Director. Our facilities always practice Universal Precautions. This started in the medical field many years ago. Universal Precautions means that we treat everyone that walks through the door for services as though they have some type of contamination that could be spread without diligence and appropriate sanitization procedures. We are fully operational at the time and plan to stay open during this time, however, only with yours and the staff’s health and safety as our primary concern. We are choosing to keep calm and have developed enhanced steps and updated procedures according to the CDC and WHO guidance for businesses and medical facilities. Please read Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) for some of the specific steps we are taking during this time. We are taking this very seriously and are treating this as a medical issue and not as a social or political issue. We are focusing on health and wellness and as always, your personal recovery! Our Outpatient treatment programs utilize telehealth for your continued safety. Sincerely, Leesa Nelson, Executive Director
